Job Description:

  • Take care of employment contracts and employee benefits following client’s agreement. 
  • Calculate overtime pay / benefits / prepare employee salaries for outsource staffs. 
  • Manage employee’s time attendance, absences, tardiness. 
  • Prepare employee salaries. 
  • Coordinate with clients and summarize employee in-out reports monthly. 
  • Prepare weekly reports summarizing activities. 
  • Manage employees regarding signing new employment contracts and resignations. 
  • Handle and understand labour laws related to employee relations. 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of expertise in payroll function (more than 200 employees). 
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLookup is a must) 
  • Detailed oriented and able to deliver the task without any errors. 
  • Proficient in English communication.
